I am a mother of two little ones and create personalized items made to the customer's satisfaction. All items are handmade and come from a smoke free, pet free home. Most items are made to order due to personalization, but there are items that are ready to ship out once payment is processed. The price of an items depends on supplies, size, shipping (if necessary), and personal time spent creating the item.

All small orders ($0-$100) must be paid in FULL up front. All large orders ($100+) must pay a 75% deposit.

Before any item is given/shipped to a customer, it's condition will be documented. After an item is shipped, anything that happens with postal is out of my hands. I can not do anything if an item takes longer to be delivered to the customer. If an item is damaged during delivery, I will remake the item at half price IF THE CUSTOMER CAN PROVIDE PROOF OF DAMAGE. Meaning if you receive the package and it is damaged on the outside, take pictures BEFORE you open it. Also take pictures of the item after you open the packaging.
All items will be packaged as best as possible to prevent any damages. All items will also be packed with instructions on how to properly care for your items. Any damages resulting from improper care will not be replaced unless the customer pays FULL PRICE for a replacement.
