Chef BB relocated to Colorado Springs after hurricane Katrina devastated his home. The 10th of 13 children born to Momma Pearl Theriot (95 years old), Chef BB serves Louisiana Gumbo, Etouffee, Jambalaya, Fried Seafood Platters and many more Cajun favorites. He's even added a few of his own creations like his famous White Chocolate Croissant Roll Bread Pudding, Crab Stuffed Mushrooms, and Saffron Crawfish au Gratin.
