Mommy and Me Bakery

Some of my fondest memories are baking in the kitchen with my mother and grandmother with my apron on and all covered in flour. At Mommy and Me bakery that is the passion and free spirit that I try to capture in each of my products. In 2014 I attended Cincinnati State's Pastry Arts program to learn the ins and outs of the business and to hone my skills. Due to life I was not able to Finnish my degree but still hope to have to opportunity to return to Finnish where I left off. In January of 2016 me and my husband had our first child Viviana. She was born with a serious Congenital Heart Defect called HLHS. In the first 4 months of life she had undergone several surgical procedures as well as two open heart surgeries. Due to the severity of her condition I had to quit my job to stay home and provide the care that she needed. As a family going from two incomes to one we struggled so I thought why not open a bakery? I have the skills and the Passion so here we are! The goal here at Mommy and Me is to provide our customers with a beautiful and delicious one of a kind product that is made out of quality ingredients and that our passion is represented in each piece. We want to bring that joy that is baking in the kitchen with mom to you!
