After 6 years of operating as “Garden Korean Cuisine”, we have re-branded ourselves as “Mommy’s Dumpling House” on August, 27th 2015. At Garden restaurant, we previously served traditional Korean cuisine called “Han Shik” (한식) which consists of main course with several side dishes called “banchan” (반찬), most of the ingredients prepared from the owner’s organic ‘garden’.
Now at Mommy’s Dumpling House, we specialize in a type of dishes called “Bun Shik” (분식). Which roughly translates to “snacks”, “comfort food”, or “fast food”. They traditionally consist of dumplings, noodles, or other types of flour and rice-based dishes.
