Monica Harper is a lifelong resident of Braxton County, WV. Braxton County is located in the center of the state. From the Sutton Lake to the various campgrounds and ATV trails, Monica can be found outside enjoying the great outdoors. If Monica's not planting food plots and bow hunting during the autumn months, she's kayaking down the Elk, and hitting up estate auctions in the summer.

Monica grew up on a 68-acre farm in Exchange, WV. She was actively involved in 4-H and FFA. She's kept a garden, canned and preserved goods, and raised honey bees. Monica's experience with agriculture and hunting gives her a vast knowledge in Farms, Country Homes, and Hunting Land.

As a recent graduate from Glenville State College, Monica is eager to help others find their dream home. She understands the anticipation of finding the perfect property to raise a family on. She too is in the search of the perfect home site. Monica currently resides with her husband, Caleb, and two German Shepherds, Sasha and Remington.
