Monico hails from the Southwestern region of Mexico that thrives in its culture, customs, traditions, and people. And through that he has been able to cultivate amazing cuisine on the island of Kauai. With the help of his family, his wife, Kathleen, and three kids: Sierra, Sienna, and Santana, Monico's Taqueria has grown into the restaurant that you enjoy today.
