Monkey Bar Gym Cypress is a unique workout experience! Monkey Bar Gyms are the first skill-based gym in the country that do not use exercise or weight machines, mirrors, or require shoes to train members and are the only gyms in the nation to integrate full-body skills training for strength, speed, and stamina; Eischens Yoga for restoration and healing; and a plant-based diet for the health of people and our planet. (These components together form the “MBG3”).
MBG Cypress is the first and only Monkey Bar Gym in Texas. We offer a unique, safe, highly challenging, and supportive environment for you to reach your health and fitness goals. We provide “personal group training”, where each person is guided and challenged through every workout according to their skill level by a Certified Natural Trainer (CNT).
