Monomoy Theatre

The Monomoy Theatre, in association with the University of Hartford and the Friends of Monomoy Theatre, is happy to celebrate over 55 years of summer theatre in Chatham, MA.

Unlike so many summer theaters where the students serve as apprentices with the task of supporting professional designers, technicians and performers, the Monomoy Theatre is a student driven operation. We engage professional theatre artists to serve, in a very real way, as teachers, mentors and examples for the students to follow and from whom the students can learn.
