Monsoon Siam

Ever since we moved here in 2009, we have fallen in love with Downtown Charlottesville and its people. That was why we decided to stay... and bring you some awesome Thai food.

My partner and I have been working hard to keep the Monsoon that everyone knows and loves - an easy, cozy place where you can hang out with friends or family.

Re-opened under the name "Monsoon Siam," a restaurant inspired by original Thai cuisine, we serve good quality food and drink at reasonable prices.

This Thai influence has evolved our selection of food into a diverse and personal menu, including delicious favorites like the Pad Thai, Tom Yum noodle soup, and vegetarian dishes.

In the summer, diners can enjoy our large shaded patio overlooking Market Street. Indoors, our colorful eclectic decor features art and furniture by employees, friends, and local artists.
