Memberships: Single $30.00 month for 12 months * Monthly rates available, Couples $50 /month for 12 and Family memberships are available, Ask about special month to month and pre paid membership programs, we also have group lifting ad private training. it's best to come in and see for yourself. M&F 9AM-12PM-, Tue-Thur. Noon-5PM -Evenings 6PM-9PM and Saturday 9-2PM.. Members can use the club 24 hrs a day / 7 days per week
