Moody Street 5K

The Moody Street 5K road race will be held Sunday, May 3rd, 2015 starting at noon on Moody Street, heading south, with a beautiful course finish along the Charles River. The race is a fundraiser supporting enrichment and athletic programs for Waltham Public secondary schools and is generously sponsored by The Skellig. Participation and friendly competition from all Waltham schools is encouraged with prizes awarded for top finishers, best school representation, plus a variety of community-based awards. We're once again proud to be part of the Race Around Waltham (RAW) Series which encourages participation in all Waltham races and tracks runners, walkers and volunteers for prizes. Party and refreshments post-race at Shoppers Cafe. Runners and walkers welcome -- tell your friends and bring the kids!
