Payments
Payments are accepted via PayPal ONLY to mooredesigns@mail.com
You will be sent an invoice from Moore Designs
You do NOT need to have a Paypal account in order to make a payment. There is an option on the invoice to pay via credit card, debit card, or electronic check.
On All design work under $200 full payment is requested upon start of project. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before we begin on a project on all projects over $200. We do not issue refunds for fees paid in advance. Once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable. All Setup fees are nonrefundable as it is applied to costs immediately incurred in initiating services. If a project is cancelled or postponed, all monies paid are retained by Moore Designs and if applicable, a fee for all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by the client.

The remaining balance will be invoiced upon completion of the job.
Additional charges will be discussed and agreed upon before the final invoice is sent (more on this topic below)
Additional charges (for graphics) will be applied if any pictures or illustrations are needed through stock sites such as iStock or Dreamstime. (We will not purchase any images until we have client approval)
Original image files will not be emailed until the full balance has been paid
Additional charges (for site builds) will be applied if the client needs additional work that is outside of the original quote or package specifications.
Client has 10 days to make their final payment or a $100 late fee will be applied for every week that the client is late after that time

Cancellation
Projects that are canceled at least 30 days prior to the start date may be rescheduled at the end of our queue. Cancellations made less than 30 days from the project start date result in full loss of deposit and may be rescheduled only with payment of another deposit.

Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our work, Moore Designs does not issue refunds for any reason. Please note our cancellation policy (above) for information about canceling your project. We reserve the right to decline refund request due to loss of time it takes to create a design.

Project Timeline
We do not guarantee a completion date for any project. Most blog/web design projects can be completed in 3-4 weeks. This usually depends on the speed of the client’s feedback and the number of revisions required. If you have a project deadline, please let us know.
We work with an average of 20 clients at a time and though we are able to work on several client projects at once – we do keep clients in order of first come – first serve. If you are in a hurry and need something done within a week, we offer a special “Rush” pricing.
The initial estimated time frame will be extended if it is difficult to contact you during the design process. We suggest that you provide additional means of contacting you such as Facebook, Twitter, Skype, etc.

Logo Designs
​We DO Provide (high resolution) image files including .jpeg image files (white background) and .png image files (transparent background)
We can also provide Vector files (.eps / .svg) for an additional $25 fee per design.
We DO NOT provide editable image files such as .psd or .ai. (if you need edits or changes to your graphics in the future, we would be happy to help you for a minimal fee).
We do NOT do digital illustration, so we cannot create custom illustrations / cartoons from scratch.

The Client" agrees to allow "Moore Designs" to place a small credit on printed material exhibition displays, advertisements and/or a Moore Designs own website on the customer's website. This will be in the form of a small logo or line of text placed towards the bottom of the page. The client can request removal of such credit on printed materials with a fee of $25.00.
"The Client" also agrees to allow "Moore Designs" to place websites and other designs, along with a link to the client's site on "Moore Designs" own website for self promotional purposes.
Rush charges may apply to project with quick deadlines.

Expenses are occured when the project requires use if materials or vendors other than work performed by Moore Designs. Expenses may include:

Revisions / Concepts
Our prices include 1 major revision on the design of your choice and 2 soft revisions. Each additional revision or new concept is $25 . If you sign off on an image once we send you the finalized graphic image files and you see something that needs to be changed or fixed – you will be charged for a revision (this even includes typos that may have been a mistake on our part). Be sure to proof read before giving the go to finalize the design.

Communication
We use email as our main means of communication. We like to use the email correspondence as reference when we are able to begin working on a project. This helps us to keep things in order and to keep track of project details and answers to the many questions that we usually have for clients. But you don’t have to worry, We are known to respond right away (usually that day or at least within 24 hours).
We will need specific feedback and your approval to continue the work. Responding to our questions in a timely manner will allow your design to progress.
Regular communication is critical to the design of your project and those in line behind you. Failure to communicate with us about the design process for a period of 72 hours (whether expectedly or unexpectedly), will result in your project being placed on hold and moved to the end of our current queue. If the design schedule allows, you may pay an additional 25% of the current cost of the project to reschedule at the top of the waiting list.
Should you fail to provide necessary files or pieces of information within 10 days of the date requested, all payments will be forfeited to Moore Designs and the project will be cancelled without notice.

TEXT, FACEBOOK ARE ALSO PERMITTED. With that said we do provide communication via phone (preferably for scheduled conference calls).

PAYMENT
We provide 2 options for payments:

•Payment Method - We prefer electronic payments if all possible (Paypal, Square, Bank draft). Other prefered payment methods are money orders or certified checks. Personal checks are a last resort if the aforementioned options are not possible.

PROJECT SCHEDULING
•We schedule new projects based on our workload at the time. We cannot guarantee immediate production of new projects. After assessing the workload of a new potential project we will either provide a proposal or a simple quote the will detail our commencement/completion date and pricing. Deposits must be paid within the specified timeframe in order for us to keep the proposed schedule.
•If we accept a rush order/request additional fees will be applied.
•During the process of development (especially websites) we will provide previews for approval and feedback.
We offer 3 revisions once the the 3 revisions has been made there is a fee of $25.00 that will be assessed for each revision. No refund will be given for assignments that have been fulfilled according to what the client asked for. Once the design is approved we will complete the project based on the approved design. At this point any many modifications to the design will render additional costs and delay is completion schedule.
•Based on the requirements of a particular project we will ask for information, files, etc. to be provided within a particular time-frame. If these items are not provided within the specified time-frame it will cause a delay in completion time and we will begin working on the next project/client on the docket.
