Downstairs, enjoy high-speed wireless internet, a living room with 185 channel cable TV, dining area, full kitchen, and laundry. Large picture windows provide an amazing view of the aurora borealis and stream that abounds with wildlife. Moose, squirrels, ducks, bald eagles, owls, beavers, porcupines, and foxes are seen almost daily. Upstairs has an open floor plan. Two pillow top queen beds provide comfortable slumber and a futon gives the option of an additional full size bed. A full bathroom and plenty of closets for storage, let you feel right at home for longer stays. There are blinds on the windows for privacy and to provide a darker room when the summer midnight sun is still glowing. BBQ grills and campfire ring are on site for cooking and roasting marshmallows. From the front door you will have access to endless miles of hiking, snowmobile, and 4-wheeler trails. A canoe with life jackets is on site for use.We are open all year long. Right down the road Rod has his own snow machine office. We offer snow machine and ice fishing tours in the winter months as well as Aurora ice fishing tours in a heated cabin.
