Morning Light at Fairfield United Methodist Church

It has been said that it is midnight in the world.
The sadness, the darkness, the poverty that lives all around us is overwhelming.
It helps to remember when we find ourselves in the midnight that it is always darkest just before the dawn.
We are responsible to bring light to the darkness all around us., to go into the world and meet Jesus there, to show God's love to a hurting world.
Sunday mornings at 8:45, we meet to rejuvenate. We meet in the light of the morning just after the sun rises, it reminds us of Christ's resurection and victory over the darkness of death.
We worship God in song with contemporary music, video, dance, drama and litany.
We learn of the true and spotless Love of God and how we can fill our own hearts with that Love so that we may go back out into the midnight and share it with the world.
You are welcome to dress casually, to come just as you are and join in worship with us.
