Serving the 22,306 residents of the Township of Morris, New Jersey since 1910, the Morris Township Fire Department is a combination fire department of 19 career firefighters and 83 volunteer firefighters. These firefighters are responsible for fire suppression, rescue, emergency medical, fire prevention and education for the Township of Morris. The Morris Township Fire Department operates from 5 stations covering 15.7 square miles, responding to an average 1,800 alarms per year.

The Fire Department through its five fire companies offer many community service events such as The Kids Night at the Firehouse, Storytime at the Firehouse, Easter Egg Hunts, Halloween Parades and The Santa Claus Tour on the Fire Engine.
