The "I'm Pet Friendly" plate is $25 for one year or $50 for two year plates. Of each $25 collected, $20 is deposited into a fund that pays for spay and neuter services for dogs and cats all across Missouri. The money is allocated through a grant process. To qualify for the grant the recipient must be a 501-c-3, non-profit agency or municipal animal control agency that offers spay and neuter services for dogs and cats.
