Moss Pointe Apartments

Moss Pointe is conveniently located on Abercorn in Savannah GA. We are close to both malls, plenty of shopping, dining, and entertainment. We are close to HAAF, Armstrong University, Savannah Technical College, and South University.

Moss Pointe is newly renovated. All 278 were renovated back in 2015. Renovations included: New siding outside apartment homes, resurfaced pool and an updated laundry room. Free wifi installed in the clubhouse, pool, and laundry center.

The apartment homes received a major remodeling as well. The kitchens have beautiful espresso cabinets, creamy marbleized counter tops, with brushed nickel fixtures. All brand new black appliances. The flooring is totally new, and in a very charming color scheme. Bathrooms have been updated with new tile showers, espresso vanities and brushed nickel fixtures. You really must see the model apartment to grasp the transformation of these apartments!

**Coming Soon: We are now renovating all amenities. We are adding gas grills and a fire pit out by the pool. We are expanding our gym and adding all new equipment. Our pet park has been updated with more seating, as well as a doggy fountain and wash station. Last but not least our clubhouse is being updated with a white wash brick fireplace, high top tables with wifi and a printing station.
