Motor Wheel Lofts

Originally built as a part of the Prudden Wheel Factory in 1916. For more than 50 years the Prudden Wheel Factory turned out automotive wheels and employed thousands until the 1970’s when it was abandoned.

Purchased in 1998 by H Inc., Prudden Wheel was reinvented into the luxury apartment space that it is today. Motor Wheel Lofts features 109 luxury lofts and 20 different floor plans.

All of our spaces feature 10 Foot High Ceilings, Energy Efficient Appliances, Acid Washed Concrete Floors, Front Load Washers and Dryers, Large windows, Halogen Lighting, Beautiful Hardwood Cabinetry and Solid Surface countertops, and Stainless Steel Kitchen Sinks.
