Mountain Outpost #171

Welcome to our little A-frame in the mountains. With two bedrooms, one full bath, a hot tub, two-story deck and year-round mountain views just minutes from charming Blue Ridge, it's one of our favorite places to be. We hope it will be one of yours, too.

Meet Your Hosts—Molly & Damon
We purchased Mountain Outpost #171 in August 2016, the same month we were married. Traveling, outdoor adventuring, antiquing, cooking and hosting have been part of our relationship from the very beginning. This cabin brings it all together.

The lucky red door and "moose" knocker (we know it's really an elk) are a tribute to Molly's late father, Jim Dickinson, whose lifetime of generosity made this venture possible.
