Mountain View Guide Service is a veteran owned business. After 27 years of service I decided it was time to earn a living doing what I loved to do, that is being outdoors experiencing everything Maine has to offer and help others do the same. So I started Mountain View Guide Service. Whether you're a skilled outdoors person or a beginner who wants to learn skills for a new adventure, or a parent who wants to share the outdoors with your son or daughter; my goal is to give you an outdoor experience you will never forget. I provide outdoor Maine adventures such as hunting, hiking and backpacking, canoe, atv and snowmobile trips, foliage viewing, and moose safaris too. I am a Register Maine Hunting and Recreation Guide. This is one of the toughest guide qualifications to meet in all 50 states. I am first aid qualified and a former EMT. I have been a water safety instructor and have completed additional training in river rescue and recovery operations.
