Mouthcard is a small unincorporated community in Pike County, Kentucky, United States near the Virginia state line. It lies on the Levisa Fork River of the Big Sandy River in the heart of the Appalachians. U.S. Route 460 runs through Mouthcard to meet U.S. Route 23 in Pikeville, the county seat.250pxGeographyMouthcard sits at the mouth of two creeks: Big Card Creek, and Little Card Creek. The ancestral land has shrunk over the years as it has been deeded out to distant relatives and others, though many Rameys still live on the land remaining to the family.
