Suzette Springer started her lifelong performance and fitness career in New York City and Southern Connecticut. What began with dance and acrobatics, led to teaching and performing at a number of top fitness studios and professional stage shows.

Suzette is experienced in many facets of performance and fitness and has achieved certifications from a number of top schools and organizations.

As the proud owner of Move and Motion, Suzette's passion for teaching, performance and personal training, is evident.
