Our system of Ving Tsun descends from Shaolin itself through the Grandmasters to the modern day era of Sifu Tim Lee's Sitaigung Yip Man, his Sigung Moy Yat (a close student of Grandmaster Yip Man), and his Sifu Moy Tung.

Ving Tsun is often regarded as the street fighting of kung fu, with its no-nonsense offensive approach to self-defense, which is not appropriate for friendly point-scoring sports due to it's deadly techniques. As effective as the style is, the classroom setting demands a peaceful setting of self-control, self-discipline, respect, and good will. As powerful as the system is, it does not depend on physical strength, but the disciple invested in learning the principles of Ving Tsun.

Ving Tsun teaches principles of kung fu that can be applied in any number of situations and that have proven effective for over 400 years.

Our goal is to teach you real martial arts so you can protect yourself and your family. Here you have the opportunity to learn from and train directly with your Sifu. Sifu Tim Lee personally teaches classes while monitoring each student's individual progress.
