Hola, this is Memo Vargas and my mission is to empower people by sharing my journey from Dictatorship to Leadership. For many years, I didn’t know what I didn’t know and thought that telling people what to do and how to do it made me a Boss, and being a Boss meant being in charge and mistakenly being a leader. I realized that by leading by creating fear instead of empowering I was pushing people away instead of attracting them to the organization and sure enough I ended alone.

In 2005 I started to reinvent myself, studying successful happy people who I really respected, studying and practicing philosophies from many influencers, John Maxwell, Tony Robins, Joel Olsteen, Dave Ramsey, Zig Ziglar to name a few. And then my passion to help others to navigate through similar challenges in life was born, it wasn’t about me anymore; it was about others.

Being mentored by The John Maxwell Team has been one of my best life decisions, they have helped me to become who I am and better yet, through them, I can help you to awaken the leader in you, because you my friend have greatness and that greatness has to be shared with others.
