From our roots in the Physical Motivational Movement stressing strength training and weight loss through weightlifting, crossfit and the like -- helping individuals prepare for extreme events like (marathons, mud-runs, and other extreme sports).

To the current Go Hard phenomenon which encompasses the original physical movement coupled with extreme motor sports (racing, motorcross, 4x4 off roading, ______________etc, and other extreme sports and activities).

Whatever your job, whatever your hobby, whatever your passion- if you take it to the extreme then you live the GO HARD LIFE!

We have always been focused on determination and extreme effort. Rejecting Laziness at its core we have stressed the old but appropriate adages going the extra mile, giving it 110%, and NO Pain - No Gain!
