Mt. San Antonio Gardens

Mt. San Antonio Gardens is a non-profit, nationally known and accredited Life Care senior community, set on a beautifully landscaped campus in the college towns of Claremont and Pomona, California. Serving older adults since 1961, the Gardens has more than 460 residents, making it one of the largest of California's 16 Life Care communities. The community's distinguishing characteristic is the assurance that all entering residents are healthy and continue to be active, yet are cared for the rest of their lives.
