CrossFit is for everyone. We tailor workouts to each participant so that everyone can get a great workout regardless of their current fitness level. And it’s fast; a CrossFit class takes only one hour.
Your first month at MTM CrossFit is broken into two distinct parts. For the first 2 weeks you'll complete 6 beginner's classes (3 times a week). After that you move into the regular classes, where WODs are scaled to your abilities, for the final two weeks of the month.
