Muckleshoot Health and Wellness Center

The Muckleshoot Health and Wellness Center (HWC) is located in Auburn, WA on the Muckleshoot Indian Tribe Reservation. The HWC is located in this community to improve the quality of life of Tribal and community members by providing culturally sensitive, comprehensive and high-quality health care and wellness services.

The HWC is open Monday and Tuesday 8-5, Wednesday 9-5, Thursday and Friday 8-5 (closed daily from 12:00pm-1:00pm). The Wellness Center and Pharmacy have separate hours (see below).

** All Muckleshoot Health and Wellness Center services are subject to certain eligibility criteria to be considered for services.

The HWC has a variety of services to promote the health and wellbeing of the community members. The HWC departments are:
-Behavioral Health Services (substance and mental health)
-Contract Health Services
-Dental Clinic
-Medical Clinic
-Optical Clinic
-Pharmacy Services
-Wellness Center
-WIC Outstation Service.

*Behavioral Health Services: The Behavioral Health services provide counseling to individuals, couples, families, and groups. They also offer a Substance Abuse program which includes screenings and evaluations, as well as outpatient treatment.

*Dental Clinic: Comprehensive dental care for all ages is available to CHS-eligible registered patients of the HWC. The Dental clinic offers daily walk-in emergency times: Mon-Fri 8:00am-8:20am (Except for Wednesday (9:00-9:20am)

*Medical Clinic: The Medical clinic provides primary care and family medicine services to the community. The clinic offers well-child care and immunizations, women's healthcare, medication management, smoking cessation services, laboratory testing, Diabetes Center, Nutritionist/Dietitian, Massage and Acupuncture therapy.

*Optical Clinic: The Optical department provides services such as eye exams and treatment of eye conditions. The Optical clinic also carries prescription contact lenses, and a large selection of name brand (Nike, Bebe, Marc Jacobs) frames for the whole family!

*Pharmacy Services: The pharmacy offers prescription services, medication counseling, drug interaction monitor and patient education. Hours are as follows:

*Wellness Center: The Wellness center offers a state of the art work out facility, full gym, aquatic center, Cafe, Zumba classes, Yoga Classes, and personal training! The Wellness center also includes childcare services for members, and a full Café. Monthly events are planned for HWC members, keep checking Facebook for all future event invites!

*WIC Outstation Service: The WIC (Women, Infants and Children) Outstation Services is a state funded program that offers nutritional/supplemental food program to women who are pregnant or breast feeding, infants and children. The program is not Tribally-operated. The Tribe merely provides space as a convenience for the benefit of Tribal and community members.
