Mudra Yoga Eugene

The studio is a hip refuge where students engage with yoga in a fun, supportive, and non-competitive environment. At Mudra we are committed to providing a joyous, high quality yoga experience in which authenticity is highly prized and sustainability is a core function. Mudra exists to serve as your yoga home and the revitalizing bridge between whatever keeps you on your toes at school, work or home and the rest of your life practices.

Classes at Mudra will be one hour long with multiple offerings throughout the week so that students are able to conveniently weave practices into their schedules. Vinyasa yoga - which actively links breath with movement - is the core style at the studio. There will also be a balance of restorative classes.
