Music Box Studio

Music Box Studio is owned and operated by Ted Etheridge and began recording in the late 1980s. Located in a rural area between Hamilton and Oak City NC, Music Box Studio is a place where people who dislike the hustle of the city life and hard to find parking to get where you want to go, can depend on finding easy to find "FREE" close by parking and also within a 15 minute drive to lodging. Experience in working with any style of music, the engineer and musicians we use as session players are highly qualified for what they do. Ted Etheridge who is chief engineer attended The Art Institure of Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh PA graduating with a degree in the Music and Video business in December 1991. Upon his return home, an old barn was used for 12 years to build a solid client base and in 2001, moved into it's new facility which is much bigger and comfortable to offer its clients much more comfort and security. Many past or present clients will serve as witness that this recording studio will produce the highest quality that will compare to many higher priced studios for much less and fair prices.
