Shane is a Steroid Free – Professional Bodybuilder and Personal Trainer who has been lifting weights since early childhood. Growing up he idolized those huge freaks in the muscle magazines; naive to the fact that they were dumping chemicals into their bodies like there was no tomorrow. Back then he wished someone would have educated him on natural bodybuilding the way that he educates people today!
