I am a wife, mother, nana, daughter, sister, friend and I believe in Karma. It has been an interesting life, one I cherish. At 28 I was 327 pounds and on multiple prescriptions, with a failing gall bladder. I elected to have a gastric bypass which was exploratory surgery at the time. I had no information other than eat two to four ounces of food 8 to 10 times a day and don't drink soda. I lost the... weight quickly, in 14 months, but was incredibly unhealthy because I wasn't eating enough of the right foods to get the required nutrition.
