My Dayhouse Achievement Center is an Adult Daycare for your Loved Ones. Our mission is to promote each senior's maximum level of independence and wellbeing.

My Dayouse Achievement Center is dedicated to providing quality personal care in each client ensuring comfort, dignity, excellence, justice, compassion and with respect of all our multicultural clients and their families.
My Dayhouse Achievement Center does not discriminate against any person based on race, color, national origin, disability, or age in admission, treatment, or participation in its programs, services and activities, or in employment. It is the policy of MDAC to provide communications aids at no cost to the person being served that are Limited English proficient (LEP), persons with hearing, visual, and speech impairments, including current and prospective clients, family members, interested persons, et al., to ensure that information about services, benefits, consent forms, waivers of rights, financial obligations, etc, are communicated to persons as stated above in the language they understand or/and with the help of communication aids.

This statement is in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the Age of Discrimination Act of 1975 and the Regulations of the US Department of Health and Human Services issues pursuant to these statues at Title 45 Code of Federal Regulations Parts 80, 84, 91.
