MyBodyWorks! offers two different ways to help you reach your goal for a healthy pain free life.
Therapeutic Massage: I have been practicing in South Natick since 2008. My style of massage blends a flowing, relaxation swedish technique, with deep tissue work as needed. Each massage session is uniquely suited to each individual.
The Rossiter system workout: TRS is a 2 person stretching workout. As a certified Rossiter Personal Coach, I work with the client and help them to get rid of pain and increase mobility. If you have pain, whether its hands, wrists, elbow, shoulders, back, neck, foot, knee or hip and you really are determined to get your body back, give me a call!
