“My Mom always told me"
I recall as a little girl going to my mom and asking her, "Mom, why don't I have any talents?" I was sad because my siblings all were talented in one area or another and I felt left out being the youngest of 5. My mothers response to me was, "Barbara, you have the best talent of all, you make everyone around you laugh and smile!"

I have spent a great deal of time and money trying to figure out my niche. Many years in retail management, then attended College of St. Kates earning my bachelors in Professional Sales (2006), which brought me to Sales in the manufacturing world. Something was still missing. So decided a couple of years ago to walk away from corporate America and begin a new journey. Hence; I now create and sell my own items that put smiles to faces.

I make all types of canned goods, all types of crocheted items, and also make personalized gift baskets. Everything I make is made with passion and heart. I'm always trying something new and am open to suggestions. My company name is Myla's (my mothers name) because it all began with her. Thanks for listening, enjoy!
