Our large 2 bedroom ocean front condo unit has gorgeous ocean views with an open floor plan. It is spacious with two large on suite bedrooms. The unit in the South Hampton is located in the very exclusive, five star gated resort of the Kingston Plantation. The unit has spectacular oceanfront and coastline views.

There are flat screen TVs in the living area and both bedrooms.

The large master bedroom on suite features a king size bed with a private, oceanfront balcony. The master bathroom features tub/shower combo and double sinks.

A very spacious 2nd bedroom on suite has two queen beds, a bathroom and a private balcony. It also has its own separate entrance.

There is a FULLY equipped kitchen with a newer refrigerator, dishwasher, cook top/oven range and microwave. There is also a booster chair for the little ones and plenty of utensils and cooking appliances (George Foreman Grill, pots, pans, crock pot, toaster, blender, bowls, glasses, cups and much much more). There are ocean views from the kitchen and dining room. Counter top seating for casual meals or dine at the table.

The large open living area with plenty of seating is a great place for families to watch TV, play games or just enjoy the beautiful views.

The Kingston Plantation is a 145 acre ocean front luxury resort with freshwater lakes, lush landscaping, rolling wooded terrain, walking paths, beautiful dunes, secluded beaches and 24/7 gated and roaming security.
