Mystic Lands POA

Mystic Lands Property Owners Association manages and operates three unique properties, Mystic River, Mystic Ridge and Mystic Forest, each with its own amenities and shared by all.

Our newest addition to Mystic Lands is the Mystic Lands River Lodge located on the banks of the Nantahala River in Western North Carolina. It was built in 2011 for the property owners in the three Mystic Lands Developments. Our decks reach to within 12 feet of the banks of the Nantahala River and are wrapped with Rhododendron pickets and roughsawn cedar posts and rails. The Adirondack style facility was designed by Binny Jolly and Ami Shinitzky and features large rooms with vaulted ceilings and a 26 foot stone and log fireplace. The building was dedicated to the Property Owners Association at the June 2011 owners meeting and will serve as a gathering spot for Mystic Lands home owners and their guests.

We created this site for our owners and friends who would like updates on planned activities for Mystic Lands property owners and for those who are looking for more information on becoming owners in one of the three Mystic properties.
