Mystical Human Yoga School is founded on 8 core disciplines that progressively build each students understanding and skill. We believe that through education and training humanity will be uplifted and realize its higher potential. At this day and age we are only using less than 10% of our potential. Cross culturally wisdom traditions teach all is consciousness (or infinite mind and its infinite manifestations) and that through deepening our awareness we can begin the journey of awakening our higher self. MHYS is base upon universal principals and the realization of our divine birthright and our ability to change/transform our self on all levels when we have awakened to our center.
