my page let you know what real workmanship is. I am a one man machine when it comes to construction work. what makes my stand out from the rest is my 27yrs exp. in this line of work from state to state. my strong leadership to get any job done on time and most times on budget. I have supervised over 20 contractors to build a save lot in North Carolina. i was a superintendent for 14 yrs. in building take from owners who didn't keep the up to nyc codes. My job was to bring these build up to code no matter what it took to do this. So my know how and skills let me get the job done right,this is not just a job to me it in my blood. not bragging at all just love what i do.
