Nahalah Presbyterian Church

Nahalah Presbyterian Church is small, rural Church located in Halifax County near Scotland Neck, NC. It is a church with traditional values and a congregation that appreciates its history, yet is involved in planning for the future. The Church was organized in 1880 by Dr. Moses T. Savage with fourteen starting members. The present building was constructed in 1920 following a fire in 1916, which destroyed the original church. Morning worship is held each Sunday at 9:30 am followed by Sunday School at 10:30 am.
