Chef Nahm holds a degree in languages and art history, and studied fashion design. Her love of art, combined with a passion for cooking, provides diners with a taste of both exceptional food and the Thai cultural experience. “The way our food is prepared honors the essence of Thai culture,” she says, weaving richness, elegance, respect and balance into every hand-crafted dish.
