Namaste Ready

This First Sunday's Yoga Class is for Oakland and specifically People of Color in East Oakland who may find more barriers to accessing health care and self care that honors their community ancestry. This class is for community workers/organizers, artists, teachers, activists and those seeking better quality of life and health. All levels welcome.

Breathing through the motion, meditation and mantra of sacred indigeneous wisdom we will open ourselves to SPIRIT in order to be better servants of our COMMUNITY, FAMILY and SELF. Come build community with us.

This is a donation/dana based class where participants are asked to gift only what they can afford. No one will be turned away for lack of funds. There is limited space so please arrive early. A limited number of mats will be provided.
