At Namaste yoga, we believe in strengthening, healing and restorative powers of Yoga, we strive to bring forth this message of self-empowerment through the conscious applications of these ancient teaching, It is our goal to do our part in making yoga not just a global way of living, but to teach self awareness, self acceptance, community building and mindful behaviour as a universal language. At Namaste Yoga we are aware of skeletal differences amongst students and beyond emphasising alignment; we focus on passing on our knowledge to students so their Yoga experience is unique to their body. Each class is well thought and plan from the room setting to the after class mingle, making you feel at home each and every time you visit us. Our friendly and down to earth approach to the physical practice of yoga allows you to take your practice at your own pace listening to your body.
