Namaste is a creative yoga space for all levels. We offer conventional yoga classes yet incorporate fun and innovative classes for the adventurous and non traditional student. Yoga is no longer just for those seeking inner peace although we highly promote it. Namaste wants to be a positive influence in the lives of all our students by offering a powerful and beneficial practice. Our classes focus on the importance of combining both a mental and physical health concious lifestyle by offering a quiet, meditative space where our students can concentrate yet achieve a highly effective work out.


Namaste recognizes you as an individual. You are unlike any other person taking class with you because you are at your own place in your own time. You have goals, you have boundaries, you may even have fears. Our main focus is to help you achieve your goals and assist in conquering your fears so you have the opportunity to grow physically, mentally, and spiritually.
