A locally owned, family-friendly fast casual bar-b-q joint serving Pulled Pork, Pulled and bone-in chicken, St. Louis Spare Ribs, Beef Brisket, Chilled Oak Smoke Fillet of Salmon, Texas Hot Link (all pork) Sausage, Brisket burnt ends in sauce and an entree-size chicken chopped salad and homemade side dishes (9 of them VEGETARIAN): smoked baked beans, cole slaw, edamame succotash, sweet potato mash, Brunswick stew, box potatoes, macaroni & cheese, collard greens, potato salad, sesame crunch slaw and sliced cucumbers. Dessert selections vary daily and may include brownies, cupcakes, Whoopie Pies, Pineapple-Rum Upside Down Cake, Derby pie, Texas sheet cake and pineapple rum upside down cake.We serve 13 varieties of DOMESTIC COLD BEER, including many craft brews (bottles and cans) plus red and white WINE, fresh brewed iced tea and sweet tea, Coca-Cola fountain products and specialty bottled beverages.

We are kid-friendly (including kids menu) and dog-friendly at our outdoor picnic tables) and wheelchair accessible.

Indoor (air conditioned) plus screen porch and outdoor seating. Take-out is available for all menu items.
