Naples Lakes Country Club

Naples Lakes Country Club is a private, gated, member-owned golf course and country club community where membership is included with every home. There is no initiation fee. Annual Club Dues are extremely affordable. Naples Lakes is financially sound with substantial Reserves. It is one of the most upscale member-owned country club communities in the area.

The Community is comprised of 731 residences, made up of six Villages of various product designs. There are 19-plex condominiums, 8-plex carriage homes, 4-plex coach homes, and single-family golf villas and estate homes. Naples Lakes is unique in that every residence comes equipped with at least a one-car garage. There are no carports. The four multi-family Villages each have their own Village pool, complete with a spa and picnic area. The two single family Villages have individual pools as well as 2 or 3 car garages.

Full ownership in this outstanding 18-hole Arnold Palmer Signature Golf Course is included in the price of each property. The course boasts sparkling lakes and a 160-acre nature preserve. Paying the annual “Trail Fee” allows members to play golf at no additional charge.

The 490-acre community also houses a 24,000 square foot newly renovated Clubhouse which features a formal dining room, private dining(s) and card rooms, informal grille and lounge, outdoor terrace, full service golf shop, state of the art fitness center, men’s and women’s locker rooms and steam rooms.
