God meant for us to bond as a community through the sharing of work, honor, hardship and resolve. We take this idea and shape it around a common goal of becoming better. Everyone comes to CrossFit for a reason, ranging from combat survival to winning a triathlon to simply being a more able mother or grandmother. All of whom can reach their goals and more, utilizing the same regimen.
