We offer affordable SUP paddleboard rentals, workshops, demos and more. We'll help you get your board on your car and to the water, and help you find the best places to paddle in Middle Tennessee. We also have great SUP yoga and Fitness Onboard classes, excursions, and kayak rentals.

Our instructors are PaddleFit Level 2 and Level 3 certified and WPA certified (http://www.paddlefitpro.com/coaches) and have current FirstAid and CPR training and the TWRA boater safety certification.

We are located inside Hamilton Creek Marina on Percy Priest Lake. This is a beautiful lake launch, without a marina. Rentals and lessons are available seven days a week, weather permitting. You MUST have had a lesson or paddling experience somewhere (with us or elsewhere) before you rent a board.

Rentals are $20 for an hour; $30 for 90 minutes.

Lessons are $90 for a private one-on-one class. Group lessons are $40 per person. Lessons are 90 minutes long. Lesson price includes cost of equipment.

Our prices are your prices. We don't charge online booking fees or surcharges. Please note: We accept debit or credit cards, PayPal or checks. We do not accept cash.

We use quality YOLO and (US-made) Glide, and Hala boards, and Sawyer, Hala, and YOLO paddles and MTI PFDS for rent and for sale.

We care about our waterways. We donate a portion of our proceeds to the Cumberland River Compact and other organizations to protect our local watershed.
