I am a I.S.S.A Certified Personal Trainer from Selma, Alabama. I am qualified to help people lose weight and to get stronger and to create diet and exercise plans to get you to those goals.

A little bit about myself: I am 20 years old.I am a Record holding powerlifter and been trained by some of the best. So i had Knowledge on fitness and strength prior to taking courses on Personal Training. Ive lost 70lbs when i was 15 which started this journey.
