Crimes perpetrated against our innocent citizens are not just a police or DA problem, its a community problem and solving these problems should be approached as such with full cooperation and participation of the community and those directly involved in the justice system.

No one person or entity has ownership of solving crime. It plagues society as a whole and effects us personally and therefore should be approached as a collective or team effort.

The efforts of John Walsh and many others who have relentlessly pursued criminals through media/community information sharing and involvement, have proven the most effective way to solve crimes and bringing criminals to justice.

Criminals are truly the only ones that benefit from separation of police and citizens. Its time to reclaim and build upon our collaborative efforts to combat crime and truly work together as a team for the good of the community.
